What is the most difficult part of the journey to becoming a Physician Assistant?

I'm a sophmore in high school going into my junior year, and I'm already overwhelmed by it. I know Junior year is when you decide what you want in a college, but I honestly don't have a clue about what I want to do nevertheless where I want to go. Could you help?

I want to find a good school but I don't know what my preferences are. I know I don't want to be near my home but that's about it. It's hard looking for a school not knowing what you're going to major in. what do you suggest?
