what is the doploma you need the most and what do you need to have to be a doctor layer ror engineer

so i know what indie game dev is like (i know indie games when i see them, my game looks like one): there's a lot of incredibly stupid mistakes, and my head hates me because i slap it a lot (don't worry, i'm used to it), but what about AAA games? what's that like?

I wanted to be video game designer. Right after I played my first video game, I thought they were so fun and interesting.
