How can I effectively build a support system around me in college to hold myself and others accountable and on track in school while still maintaining/prioritizing my mental heath?
I have struggled to hold myself accountable in the past and have realized that I need a support system to expedite or ease the struggles of life but I've been having trouble finding these connections and breaking out of ones that have rendered my success in the past.
