What should i be focusing on?

Honestly ever since I was younger i've always been interested in being a medical assistant or a pediatrician or at least working in the medical field.

There's both International Baccalaureate (IB) and AP at my school, I was wondering which one would be the best for colleges and which ones would be the best to take.
