I want to go into nursing and currently volunteer at my local hospital. I have a job but would in the future like to have an entry level job at a hospital to gain some experience while I go to school.

I am currently a high school senior who has never truly learned how to study effectively. I will be attending college soon to get an associate's degree, and I hope to do well academically during this time.

What are your tips for having more confidence and having more success in interviews? Are there any extra skills that I could add to me resume or mention when asked that would help boost my success?
