What are some good colleges for someone looking to go into game development?

I am interested in game development and looking for specific colleges, ideally but not nessesarilly on the west coast, and ideally nowhere that regularrly goes above 85 degrees farenhight, even in the summer. a college located in a city would be best, as that is what i'm used to.
