why do jobs decline people with little to no work experience
9 times out of 10 jobs will deny people with little to no work experience I always found this confusing especially in places with "Urgent help t hiring" signs

I am currently in the Job Corps and still working on getting my highschool diploma, I am very interested in the trade Facilities Maintenance and are wondering if I should stick with this career path option.
