i feel like there arent many jobs that hire at 14 cause there arent. but i really need a job i need something to do over the summer cause i cant hangout with my friends because my parents dont trust me and im no longer in school because i had to go to a mental hospital

I don't know how to make myself a better candidate when it feels as a newbie to the industry my job is something that's easier to automate than to train. What can I do to make myself more desirable for starting positions?

I am in 12th grade and currently getting my Medical Assisting certification. I'm on track to go to the University of Utah and begin my nursing pre-reqs. I'm planning on working as a Medical Assistant and would rather work as that a CNA. Am I going to need to get this certification anyway?
