What is Scrum and what is Agile?
I have a very basic understanding of what Agile is. I read over the Agile manifesto but I am still having a hard time fully understanding how it fits into software development. I have no real idea what Scrum or being a "Scrum Master" means. Ive heard the terms used before when referring to the development of a software product, but I cant visualize the actual objective of the role. Can anyone expand on these terms?
Being passionate about coding, I'm eager to embark on a MERN Stack Project - a full-stack web development endeavor. My main goal is to find valuable resources that can guide me in creating full stack projects. Currently, I'm exploring platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn Learning, and various other online learning resources. If you have any additional suggestions, I would be more than open to hearing them.
I appreciate any creative project ideas to be showcased on resume.
How do I get started in the tech industry coming from an unrelated field Are there any real pay to learn opportunities??
For the better part of a year I have been learning HTML, CSS, Javascript, Python, and Swift. I am still relatively novice but Im learning quickly. The trouble is that I cant dedicate enough time to truly practice my skills because I am too busy at my other job. I am in a position in my life to be able to make the jump into tech at an entry level or lower job position if need be. Meaning I dont need a high paying position, I just need something to get my resume started and allow me to focus more time on building my portfolio. I have a background in Construction management and experience in industry standard computer programs like Excel, Word, Outlook, and various CRM tools. Are there any job titles that I can look for that will allow me to get my tech career started with what experience I have?

Is cloud technology necessary for interns or junior positions?
I am a 3rd-grade computer engineering student with knowledge of Java and backend technologies such as Hibernate, Redis, and MySQL. When I look at job applications, I often notice that cloud technologies are required, which I am currently unfamiliar with. While I have experience with Docker, I haven't used Kubernetes, AWS, or GCP. I find it challenging to learn these technologies solely through videos or self-study. Could this be a reason why I am not getting selected for interviews?

Software engineer vs. UI/UX designer?
I think I want to become a software engineer or a UI/UX designer. Is there a career that would encapsulate both these roles? Also, many engineering focused schools, such as Purdue, offers a wide range of specific majors like computer science, UI/UX design, web design, etc. I know that computer science is a really competitive major. Would majoring in UI/UX design (or another niche major) and taking courses or coding boot camps be more beneficial (in terms of getting accepted into that college and working as a software engineer or UI/UX designer later on)?
