I have no work experiance and no volenteer work so im not sure what to put or why a job should hire me

I love helping the sick
I love putting a smile on people's face
I want to help add value to my society

I really like cooking and baking.I love watching cooking shows,baking shows on tv and on youtube. I love practicing cooking and making up new recopies.However, I also like giving advice to people. I also find the brain and studying peoples actions interesting . #psychology #culinary-arts

How can I get into Marketing and get internships within that field in order for me to get a head start. I’m currently a college freshman in the second semester.
