i was a support equipment mechanic in the air force back in the 90's then i got a job doing the same thing for a navy contractor when i got out. i worked as an electric motor mechanic for a few years before becoming an industrial electrician/maintenance mechanic for a plumbing and aerospace manufacturing plant. i did that for about 12 years until the plant closed and i got laid off. i worked as a maintenance mechanic on printing presses for about 2 years until i had to take time off to care for an ailing parent. i am currently an electrician at a dairy factory.
