About
Jamie is a polymath and synthesist, designing and building a highly specialised portfolio of projects and ventures that collectively contribute to the development of social, institutional, and economic systems. These initiatives address complex societal challenges, invest in humanity, and build a fair, equitable, and sustainable future.
As a Principal Consultant, Jamie has proficiently combined her interdisciplinary acumen and experience into distinctive strategies for the last 20 years. Boldly assuming the helm of a company at 23, she distinguished herself as the first, youngest female General Manager in her industry. Building relationships and contracts that defied archaic business models, Jamie broadened and leveraged fixed, heavy, expensive, and inefficient business structures. The opportunities she discovered propelled her to establish her own company at 27, a feat she would replicate three more times before turning 34.
Jamie has been recognized with numerous awards for her work and leadership. She has worked with clients across 13 countries, spanning various sectors, sizes, shapes, scopes, and stages. With an innate ability to synthesize disparate concepts into actionable insights, Jamie has traversed continents, cultures, languages, and industries, volunteering for programs in medical research, education, abuse support, startups, and mentorships.
A perpetual autodidact, Jamie has self-educated across numerous fields, including psychology, behavioral sciences, social studies, humanities, and history.
What makes Jamie’s skills astute and most effective is her ability to diagnose problems, determine symptoms, decipher causes, and design multidimensional solutions throughout ecosystems—particularly those taken for granted as “just the way things are.”
From the vibrant landscapes of Australia, Jamie’s life is a tapestry of audacity, resilience, and immeasurable ambition, inviting us to embrace the grey areas and alternatives to the conventional.
