What is the biggest challenge you had to overcome to get to where you are now professionally? How did you overcome it?
The importance of academic integrity - sharing how you learned firsthand about the consequences of shortcuts like using AI for assignments. How I maintained my composure and dignity when facing consequences (the quality my professor recognized when she called me "ever a lady"). The value of accepting responsibility rather than making excuses. How setbacks can become valuable learning experiences that shape your character and approach to work. The importance of maintaining respectful relationships with mentors and authority figures, even when they must enforce rules that affect you negatively.
