Where can a tenth-grader start applying for scholarships?

I am a college freshman majoring in studio art and hoping to become a photographer. I'm worried that being an art major isn't going to help me find a well paying job in the future.

Both colleges I'm looking at have very similar finance programs and great internship opportunities. There is no real difference between the two.
How do I get a job while still being involved in sports and volunteer work?
For context, I live in a small town with arguably no where to work except for fast food restaurants. I am 17 and I have experience working in a kitchen but i’m afraid i won’t get any hours when I can’t work past 9 and my practices end at 6pm. I also have sport events on Saturdays normally.

I am a senior in high school looking to continue sports in college and become a teacher. However, I’m not sure if I should go right into college or take some time off to save up money for room and board.
