how do i pick a career direction?

For example, what could I do to...
- have more discipline
- improve my focus and study habits
-better my money management
-stay consistent
-make intelligent choices
-get tasks done when they need to get done.
-further my education
- get more streams of income

I am trying to be a Senior/Staff backend Software Engineer

I’m unsure if it’s truly what I want to do.

I am a student in grade 1p that lives righting and connecting to various helpful ideas and innovations

to go after high school

I am struggling to find a career path that I know I will be happy pursuing. Finding a job that pays well is very important to me but I also want to he happy.

I’m a rising junior in high school and I know I have time to figure it out, but I want to make my college experience meaningful. I want to pick a good college for whatever I want to major in. I also don’t want to lose a bunch of time or money from switching majors or anything like that.

I know I would like to help people and have a passion for that but I am not certain how to proceed with that. I am on the human service pathway at my school right now and may be interested in teaching , child life specialist , occupational therapy and am willing to explore anything !
