i’m in 9th grade and is wondering where should i start if i want to get into an ivy league and become a neurosurgeon

I am very adamant on getting ahead. I am currently placed in all honors classes since freshman at my school and get placed in AP classes yet. But, if I get far enough ahead, should I consider dual enrolling? What benefits does it have?

I want to be in the medical field starting off as an emt/ paramedic then work my way up. Some steps I need to take would be studying really hard, join class that spark the interest and research. What else should I do??
