In public relations it is important that students write well. I want to write more and get more accustomed to writing, is there a way you recommend I do that? What kind of writing should I be practicing? Creative or specifically press releases?

How early is too early? And do recruiters judge you if you are right on time? Do they prefer people to be earlier than on the dot?

I'm a public relations student and I have no experience in the field of PR. How can I make my resume more attractive to hiring managers without the experience?

I am graduating in December 2018 with a degree in Advertising from San Jose State University. I want to work in account management/client services in an advertising agency after graduation. I have a bit of familiarity with what this role entails and what the advertising industry is like....

Master's program are more expensive than undergraduate programs. And loan repayment can be annoying. What kind of job or internship would you recommend doing (if possible) while studying nutritional science for a master's degree? Also, how did you stay frugal during those times? #nutrition...

Medical school is expensive, as everyone knows. And paying off loans will increase the amount of stress for a medical student to go through. Are there ways to earn some cash to pay off the debt and to avoid getting loans for medical school? Scholarships can be limited as well. #medicine...

I’m conflicted on what to major in and feel like these are good options for me.

I don’t want to do my undergraduate degree in marketing or business but I want a concentration of study that emphasizes people centered and economy based curriculum.

I am based in the SF Bay Area. I am considering to move out of it after I graduate college with a degree in advertising. Some places I am considering are Seattle, Austin, Portland, or Los Angeles. I love the Bay Area but its really expensive to live here. I eventually want to get my own place...

I really want to go into medicine but worry about the cost of school and I do NOT want to graduate with hundreds of thousands of dollars in student loans. I also don't know how to choose my under grad school and worry that if I don't pick the right school it will be harder to get into med or...

How do I choose classes if I am not sure what branch of medicine I want to enter? I haven't even decided on human or veterinary medicine and I am a junior, so I have a very short time to decide on which schools are best for which branches of medicine. #medicine #veterinary-medicine...

I am seeing robotic technology that allows doctors to do surgery remotely and this seems like a completely different type of training than what I thought I would be doing to be a surgeon. It is exciting, but I hope that I don't get my education only to find technology has left me behind....

I'd like to learn languages without having to take a class because I can work at my own pace and study what I want in a language at any point in time. However, I feel that having a certification or award would look better on a resume than just self reporting. If you could give me ideas about...

I am pursuing an engineering major and was wondering if I should pursue a Bachelor's degree or a Master's. Is it necessary for engineering students to continue their studies after undergrad? Also, is a BS degree a lot more practical than a BA degree?

I am pursuing an Engineering major, specifically computer engineering, but the program at my school that I will attend is not ABET accredited. Does it matter much? Will it affect my career path?
(the school I will most likely attend is University of California, San Diego)

I am asking this because I am trying to decide between attending community college first, which is cheaper, or going for a 4 year school which I worked really hard to get into. There's a chance that I may not be able to afford to attend a 4 year school yet, and I am nervous that attending...

I am asking this question because I would appreciate all the advice that I can get on this question. I don't have anyone that can really guide me in this whole process, and some advice on the route that I should take would really help. #medicine #doctor #med-school #medical-school #pre-med...

I heard that in most STEM fields, being a girl means you earn less, there are less opportunities, not as many companies believe girls are capable, girls are of less value. I wanted more information if this was a myth or if it was true and how it might be a bad decision to go into this field....

I am currently a junior in high school considering biomedical engineering and want some more information for potential careers and general career advice.

I'd like to get into the field right after finishing my undergraduate but I know a masters would give me an edge. Is it advised to get a masters and then go into the field, get one later, or not get one at all?

We are always told since we are kids to go to school, go to college, get a great job that will help us live a better life but we are basically going to work so many years to pay our student debt not to mention that we aren’t guaranteed to find a job with our degree #collegedebt

What if someone wants to be an English teacher, why is it requiered to take a math class? Why can’t we start learning right away what we need to for our career, we are just getting ourselves into more money debt taking classes that are not necessary #studentloans

I'm new to the work environment relating to the medical field and I do a lot of research, and ask others questions, on this topic, but the answers are either broad, or unanswered. I would also appreciate learning from what someone else had to do to build themselves up to this specific type of...
