What programs, extracurriculars, or resources do you recommend for someone interested in going to graduate school for community psychology?
I'm currently an undergraduate student with five years of experience in nonprofit and community development hoping to go to graduate school with a focus on clinical and community psychology. Unfortunately, because I invested so much in community development I don't have much experience in psychology outside of class experience! I would love to learn more about potential pathways I can take in order to get some more experience as I consider my options for graduate school. Thank you!

Is getting a sociology degree worth it?
I'm a high school senior interested in sociology, but I have heard that it won't set me up well for my future career, or that it's a "useless" degree. I value community engagement, and I enjoy studying how different communities interact with each other, human development and psychology, and I love writing. It sounds like a major that would fit my interests, but is it really a waste of time?

It's hard not to compare myself knowing that I will have to compete with them when I do my pa school application. I'm trying to improve my stats and will meet with an advisor soon to discuss my options. I thought about joining prehealth frats or organizations to learn more about it but even those are too competitive/toxic. How can I cope with the sadness of leaving college?
I'm approaching my last semester as an undergraduate, and I'm already sad about leaving a really phenomenal friend group, campus, and community behind. Many people I talk to say that college is the best time of your life, and I'm worried that I'll have more to look back on than to look forward to. Can I hear some stories from professionals who came out of undergrad and found a lot of joy wherever they ended up? #undergrad #career-transition #graduation #community #campus

I was watching Community and Leonard was leading for valedictorian but it turned out he took 1 class and got an A and since then took all pass/fail courses to keep his 4.0 GPA. Is that even possible?
