About
My career has been a surprising mix of public health and sales, and now I'm aiming to launch ventures that creatively solve public health challenges through business. Over the past five years, I've gained experience in hospital operations, processing chemotherapy authorizations in Boston for two years, as well as in healthcare sales, marketing, and startups, with nearly three years of experience. I've learned a lot and would love to share my journey and offer advice! Also, happy to connect on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/arstern97/.

What is the one piece of career advice you wish someone gave you when you were younger?
Life doesn't always go according to plan, and that's often a good thing! Remember the saying about the best-laid plans? Five years ago, fresh out of college, I had my sights set on moving to Denver with a friend. We had it all mapped out – apartments, networking trips, the excitement of a new city, and my first "real" job. Then, life threw a curveball. I discovered my "friend" had moved to Denver without me. It felt like a huge setback at the time. But instead of Denver, I reluctantly returned to Boston and landed my first job in public health. That unexpected turn? It sparked a passion I never knew I had – combining public health with business to create meaningful change. What felt like the end of the world led me to my true calling, and I now love what I do!
