In layperson terms, what do you actually do at work?
Hello there! My job is AWESOME!! I am in the sales department at a theme park-- so I have a lot of exposure to the hospitality industry. What I do specifically is go around to local hotels and promote Universal Orlando Resort. I am often out and about in Orlando, helping educate others about how great Universal is :). When I first went to Universal as a 5 year old, I knew that when I grew up, I wanted to work there. After graduating high school, I went off to college and got a seasonal merchandise job at Universal to get my foot in the door. After graduating college, I stayed seasonal at Universal and also worked full time at other jobs to get leadership experience and sales experience. I ended up applying for an entry level job in the sales department and have been there for over 5 years now!
