When going to college for business, do you have to choose which type of business you want while in school or can you do it after?

I'm a sophomore going into my junior year of high school and want to start a small business someday, but I'm not sure what to do to achieve that. Are there any specific classes I should take? After that, what's the process?

I've wanted to be a psychiatrist for years but am struggling to find accurate sources I trust and have limited contact with professionals. If you have any tips on accurate sources for psychology and psychiatry they would be incredibly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Im interested on moving on to a college after my time is finished in Job Corps. I would like to have some thoughts on good colleges focused on Maintenance.
