I am not drawn to clinical but it feels like that is my only option. I like the idea of social work but that is not my major and again do not want to do therapy. What are my other options? Where can I find internships/ experience opportunities that will allow me to find my niche.

I'm interested in pursuing a career in IO psychology/Organizational psychology but have had no luck finding internships relating to those specific fields. I think HR is very interesting but not entirely sure if it's what I want to do, so I'm nervous about not sounding prepared for my interview...
