How long do I need to major in College to get a profession like this?

Im in the 12th grade thinking about majoring in health sciences. I'm thinking of majoring in either pre-med or biology, although I'm not sure what would better prepare me for the work of an ultrasound technician.

I would love to be able to pursue anesthesiology as my future career, but 13 years of school is overwhelming. What best advice do you have in being able to stay strong and overcome these challenges?

Still in high school I think of doing something cool and worldwide business but also don ´ t want it to be a hassle. I love clothes and wanna design my own clothing brand for a change and develop some growth with it.
