Digital art in general or recommend me some paths and colleges for it

And will it be more expensive? Are there any university's that offer special programs? Also what are the minimum costs yearly in a degree-let's say undergrad. For simplicitys sake.

Im a fine artist, thesis student, need to find jobs or earning sources to earn at this point. Im finding jobs, paid internships, online jobs remote/hybrid to start earning as soon as possible.

I know that artists typically make a small amount of money, but some can also make a lot more than average.

Also one more thing I know a little about oil painting, but if I start painting more, can I sell them? Or what else can I do with my paintings besides just hanging them on my wall?

I don't know where to start and I can't do most of my arts on devices yet, but I want to build up skills I can on paper with pencil and pen like anatomy and.... Yeah, no clue how or where to start! SOS!

I have applied to almost 100 jobs and haven't even gotten an interview. 99% of jobs I apply to don't even give me a response they completely ignore my application. I have a portfolio, I graduated a 16 week program with a certificate in graphic design. It just seems impossible.
