As an experienced technology professional with over 20 years in the technology industry, I have a proven track record of facilitating people in developing processes, projects, and programs that merge complex regulations with organizational business objectives. I am a credentialed Project Management Professional with a track record of driving technical projects to meet stakeholder expectations. I understand the importance of meeting business objectives while mitigating risks that may derail those business objectives. My formal training includes advanced degrees in Business Administration, Project Management, and Network & Communications Management as well as a Graduate Certificate in NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act) Studies. This training has uniquely positioned me to provide consultation to my stakeholders over the past decade that allow them to meet business objectives in a changing technical environment while decreasing risk of adverse regulatory action.

I have a reputation for inclusiveness, goal setting, and obtaining stakeholder buy-in. I have written requirements and driven technical projects for several workflow development initiatives. As a Project Management Professional, I’m able to incorporate formal mechanisms to drive projects that impact an organization’s bottom-line by reducing ambiguity in responsibilities, identifying roles, confirming available resources, managing appropriate communications with stakeholders, managing risks, and managing a project’s timeline and budget.

My personal passion is to improve lives through education and personal development. I am a mentor with the National Society of Black Engineers, serve on the Mentoring Committee with the National Black MBA Association - Atlanta Chapter, Mentor/PMP Exam Instructor - Project Management Institute-Atlanta chapter, a volunteer with Verizon Innovative Learning, as well as an academic coach.
