How can I optimize my resume

resume tips and tricks

I just recently graduated from UCSB with a political science degree and I am very interested in international relations and community development, but I have no idea where to start, and it seems like the job market is scary. I would like to work for the government, but am considering going to...

I am currently a Law and Society major at my high school. I hope to pursue my interest in law/politics through my undergraduate degree. Throughout my academic career, I’ve taken classes such as Constitutional Law, Criminal Procedure, and Forensic Science. Outside of the classroom, I’m a Rho...

I am really interested in politics and the way the government works and might even want to become an official myself, just wanting to know what kind of options I would have in college to make connections with politicians #government #political-science #politics #intern

What is to be done when you have issues with your boss at work? Might be personal issues or issues due to misunderstanding

I am currently a sophomore who is really interested in getting into politics. I want to know what classes will best prepare me for the world of politics, especially in the hyper-polarized environment we find ourselves in, where neither side can even agree on the facts.

Where our some places where I can meet other people in Political science in order to network and get my name out there for a potential job after college? #spring25

I'm a high school senior interested in law and politics. I have experience working on political campaigns, as well as writing and lobbying for legislation. I aspire to become an attorney, but if I am only able to obtain a bachelor's degree, I would like advice on which major would best support...

Once I am out of college I want to start my career in politics. So I wanted to know how did you get your start.

I find this a very instrusive question given that i find that it's not really other people's business to know why and how I left my previous company. How should candidates answer the interview question “Why did you leave your previous role?” when the reason involves negative experiences such...

Wow, it has been way too long since I've used this. Well, here are some updates about myself: I'm sixteen now, I just finished 10th grade at JD Clement Early College, and I've decided that I want to major in English and minor in journalism. I actually joined Hillside's theatre department and...

I wanna be a politician when I grow up I wanna make a change starting now but I'm a sophomore and have no clue when to start

Lets say a person have controversial opinions, is the hiring person more likely to hire the controversial opinion than the politically right opinion?

I am trying to find summer and fall 2025 internship opportunities, but I often feel I do not hear back from places I apply.

I am not really sure what major I want to go into for college. I know I could do political science but I just don't see that being a gateway into a career (correct me if I'm wrong). If there is a major/career in that sphere I would love to know what that would be. I was thinking law but I'm...

Whenever I try to find information about consulting online, it's usually in reference to tax/audit consulting specifically, which isn't what I'm hoping to do. Instead, I want to do management consulting. While I have plenty of experiences in leadership outside of the working world, I've rarely...

Hi! I am a Junior in high school and have plans in enlisting the military (Army) after graduation (attending basic this summer, hopefully). However, I am not too sure I want to transition to college education so quickly as I feel unprepared mentally and psychologically, and would to like some...

I am a 19-year-old college freshman and rising sophomore at Saint Mary’s College, majoring in Accounting. I have several years of customer service and leadership experience, have completed a Financial Accounting course, and am proficient in Excel.

I am nervous that my studies in communication and marketing won't be up to par with the complicated ideals of accounting. I know comm will help me communicate better with others, but what else?

I am interested in law, but am very interested in exploring all the options that would suit my varying interests.

I am currently a sophomore, but I want to decide my career path early. I would like to be a criminal psychologist but I am unsure if I am fit for it. If I find out I'm not fit for it, im not sure what else to turn to. I don't want to take the degree and later on find out I'm not good at the job...

Suppose I am a junior in high school right now and want to become an entrepreneur. What major do you think would suit me best?

My goal is to major in AI engineering and computer science with a minor of cyber security. But I would also like a remote job if that's possible.

I’m currently researching universities because I’m planning to apply for a master’s, and I’ve reached the point where I need to start working on my personal statement. I’ve read quite a few examples online, but I’m still unsure what admissions teams are actually looking for. One thing I’m...

I left my first job because I didn't like the work, even though it paid well and was remote. I don't like being stuck in one field doing the same work (leads) for 7 days. I am starting not to like marketing, but that is what I'm good at. The titles, nature of work, and the idea of servicing...

I am currently a freshman in high school and I am extremely concerned that I will not maintain good enough grades to get into a decent college. My mom told me that her boss, at the children's clinic, graduated from a community college. I know that community colleges are still difficult to get...
