I am a 17-year-old taking business classes to become a real estate agent in the future, but I want to get my license at 18 and start working afterward. What can I do as of right now get my dream job.

I'm going to get a job at Hawaiian waters this summer but other than that I don’t really have any other ideas. Any suggestions?
