I was learning about HTML, CSS, and Java in school and at a computer tech camp called ID Tech Camp and was very interested in gaining an understanding on these computer languages. #computer #java #html #css

I am a senior about to graduate from high school. I've already been accepted into college and will pursue attaining a degree in computer science. #computer #school #programming

In less than one year, I'll be entering full-time ministry. With a wife and three children, I want to make sure I can afford to live on a pastor's wage. What are some tips and tricks you have for making ends meet? Thanks! #ministry

As a young pastor in the Lutheran church, I'd like to ask my fellow pastors the following question: What would you recommend going (or avoiding) in your first year at a new church in order to build trust with your members? Thanks! #ministry

I love special needs kids and would live to work with then but I don't want to overwhelm myself in school. #higher-education #education #teaching

I want to be the most prepared that I can be for college! #college #higher-education #time-management

I would love to study abroad and I don't know if the cost will be worth it in the long run for a career in art. #college-majors #international #study-abroad #courses #art-college

I like all kind of art and I am not sure if I want to major in design, or graphic art or visual art. There are so many different branches in the art field. I am not sure which would be best. #art #fine-art #fine-arts

There are so many different nursing career options. I am taking Allied Health this year and have been able to look at different departments in a hospital setting. I know there are many more options out there for nurses. I still have no idea what kind of nursing career I want to have. This is...

It seems like every job interview (EVER) ends with the question: do you have any questions about the job/positions/etc.? I can never think of any good ones! Does anyone have any great go-tos they'd like to share for this situation? #interviewing-skills #interview-questions

I am currently a rising senior in college and plan to pursue a graduate degree. As I'm planning for the future, I'm currently deciding whether or not I should enter straight into grad-school post-grad or wait a few years. Will either one impact my chances of getting accepted? #college #doctor...

I love helping people and was wondering if being a pediatric nurse is a hard job. I hear all sorts of stories about the heartache and sometimes the tough times with children. You can hear all the stories but you will never know the truth until it hear it from a nurse who deals with this...

I love nursing and helping people. I live in a small town and would love to travel and see the US and work in all different hospital settings to see what it's like other than where I work now. I don't want to stay in my hometown and never know what its like outside of WV/MD and looking back and...

As a soon to be graduate is it better to jump straight into large market areas or begin smaller as a freelance designer. I am curious as to whether it would be more beneficial to start out small, in a local area close to home right out of college, to grow as a designer or if it is reasonable to...

I am a student at Mississippi State University in their Graphic Design program. I am about to take a production course and I need some clarification on the difference of a Production Artist vs a True Graphic Design position #design #artist #graphics #production #multimedia #visual-arts...

After a graduate medical school, I want to be informed on where is a good place to start my residency for obstetrics & gynecology #medicine #obstetrics #hospital-and-health-care #hospital

I'm asking because some colleges don't really have a Pre-Med program and I don't want to pursue a major as general as biology or chemistry. #college #doctor #healthcare #hospital-and-health-care

I have no interest in becoming a doctor or in the medical field really, but my family is pressuring me to do something in it so I have opted to do what I want but with a little of their influence hence the nursing. #college #psychology #nursing #healthcare #higher-education #hospital-and-health-care

I'M going into my second year at Western Carolina University in Computer Information Technology as my major. My mom an dad have some money issues keeping me in school. But I am trying for every scholarship I can to come up with the funs I need for my second year. I'm on the marching band at...

I am looking into becoming a civil engineer and asking professionals seems like the best way to attain information. #engineering #civil-engineering

I am divided between civil or industrial engineering. I don't know much about either besides what I am able to read online. Having information from someone who works closely between the two would be enlightening. #engineering #engineer #civil-engineering #industrial-engineering #industrial-engineer

What is the best way to ask for a raise? This can be a touchy topic and I am not sure how to go about it. #salary #salary-negotiation

I am currently working on updating my resume and I would prefer to use a website to put my resume together. Any suggestions for free resume building websites? #resume

I am currently in grad school and I am interested in boosting my resume prior to graduating in order to increase my employability. Does anyone have any recommendations on good resume boosters? #health #resume

This past semester has been, for lack of a better word, a nightmare. It is not the first semester where I have had to pull multiple all-nighters within the same week, but it has resulted in the most. I work hard in my classes to achieve nice grades, but sacrifice much sleep along the way. I...

This upcoming semester, I am fortunate to have a smaller course load than I've ever had. To compensate for the new, bigger blocks of free time, I feel that I should acquire a side job, other than the one I have at home. Getting a job at a child care center that is nearby would be preferable,...

I plan to major in Human Development and Family Science through North Dakota State University, as well as Elementary Education through Valley City State University. I have also considered possibly minoring in Special Education, would this be wise? #elementary-education

Receiving a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education certifies an individual to teach Grades 1-6, and "with additional course work and an additional student teaching experience, be certified to teach kindergarten as well". What "additional courses" will I need to take? Does this just mean...

I am a saxophone player pursuing saxophone playing in college and wanting to make that my profession. It's very hard to find enough gigs to fill up one's time or get a desired income. How do I get the right people knowing who I am and what I can do for them. #music #networking #saxophone...

I was in a situation where someone was expecting me to pay them when I knew they weren't getting paid all along and I thought they knew too. We did not part as friends. How do I prevent more situations like this from happening where there is such a disconnect and misunderstanding? #music
