About

I am a seasoned I.T. Professional with 30+ years of Management, Training and Recruiting experience. I have a solid hands-on background in technology systems, management, sales, and training arenas. My FLC recruiting has focused on I.T. and Engineering candidates for DoD, Aerospace, Automotive as well as F-100 organizations.

My seasoned skills as well as commitment to quality coupled with a team-work mentality have been recognized by associates within and outside of the business environment. I passionately believe that everyone must pull together for the common goal.

I have excellent command of the English language and can also support conversations in Spanish. My performance is at an SME level, as I have moved up the ranks via hard work, quality personal development training (technical, sales, processes, leadership) and excellent performance-based targeting. Though I do not possess a university degree, I have worn many high visibility hats, accepted a multitude of awards, and have led a variety of teams to success within their respective areas of expertise.

I am also well versed in TV/Video Production, Dance Club/Comedy Production, Stage Hypnosis/Motivational Training, and Nightclub/Bar Management. I have held roles as Producer, Director, Crew, and Cast Member to keep my skills in the production arena sharp. I have had to invest much of my time learning as Bar-back, Bartender, Bar Manager, and Catering Party Manager, within notable NYC Night Club and Catering Hall establishments to make stake in various entertainment industries.

I am a firm believer of “respect for the individual” regardless of any titles one may hold at any given moment. I do promote leadership training because everyone must dig it out from within them to shine in today's competitive environment.

My energy is never negative, it is professionally accurate. I tested my metal in the United States Marine Corps, Then In Fortune 100 from NYC to LA. The world is a tough place so out of respect, I must not lie to the young who venture into the reality of business. Everyone does not not get a trophey in real life. Competition is high, but as long as one knows what to look for and handle situations ethically, then one can rise to success with pride. It's tough to do that when not everyone plays fair. I'm here to protect these future innovators, not down them. I'm just a South Bronx street kid who had no opportunities, so I latched on to movers and shakers in Wall Streets complicated arena. Arena is exactly what business is. I Conquered My Goals & Dreams so I will give back to our future Movers & Shakers. Love & Respect, God Bless You All.
