What is the one piece of career advice you wish someone gave you when you were younger?
The one piece of career advice I wish I had as a youngster was the knowledge that you have plenty of time to build a career. Things don't have to happen all at once. I sometimes felt I was behind others, and I was afraid I wasn't working hard enough. It's okay to take a break and give yourself time to understand what you want your career to be. It's part of the journey of life!
