I'm studying to be an art teacher and I know that it'd hard to make it in the art world on selling your art alone, but I definitely want to make money on my art along with my job as a teacher. What are other ways to make money as an artist after earning a BFA or MFA? #art #artist #painting...

I'm going to school to be an art teacher, and I know I can get a job as a teacher after I graduate and start paying off my loans, but I don't know how much is too much to take out based on a teacher's salary.

I've always wanted to go to Western, but they don't have my major. I've looked into other schools, and I was wondering if it was common knowledge what schools have the best chem. eng. degrees? #chemical-engineering #engineering #chemistry #science #college-major #college-advice

I have a bike, my college provides free busing, and most of the time, I'll be staying in the area. That being said, do I still need a car?

Many of the scholarships I've applied to recently I've noticed are only provided for High School seniors. This makes me wonder... are most scholarships specifically for high school seniors or is there also a good range of scholarships for college students. #scholarships #college #freshman...

I am currently studying to be a CPM/LM (essentially, an out-of-hospital midwife), a career that involves being on-call for births or other needs by mothers 24/7. So, I would like to learn more about others' experiences with the on-call life, particularly what they found to be the hardest part...

Something that I have always wanted to do was perform; from ballet to cheerleading and various kinds of acting, even putting up vlogs on YouTube, it has always been something in the back of my mind despite being shy and due to extenuating circumstances could never really be a part of. On the...

I am currently working towards a zoology degree and plan on working with a breed and release program with endangered animals. If this falls through (or at least if I'm not able to get a job in that kind of program right away), what are some other options? Obviously zookeeping and zoo work (or a...

I grew up in a house where money was always tight and we always depended on someone for financial help. I want to be an artist but I'm scared that I'll be in the same situation forever where I am never secure in my finances. On the other hand, I don't want to be stuck in a job that isn't...

In the field I want to go into, experience is key. My thought is that I might set myself up better for a job down the road if I take a paid internship to really learn the ropes. But it could be just as beneficial to find a job that will train me as I go! #internships #hiring
