Is the salary good enough to live off of comfortably

I'm having trouble choosing a career. I have a few in mind but I don't know how to tell if they'll be the right one for me.

I am specifically very interested in pediatrics and senior care. I dont have any job experience but need to start somewhere.

I want to go into a field with plenty of opportunities that provide financial security

My plan for later life is to live on the second floor of a coffee shop i hope to run, but I'm unsure what a good work-life balance would look like, and it'd be useful to have an example.

Is there also an option to keep going to college to learn more about psychology after you have completed the required amount of years?
