what kind of portfolio projects?

Hi! I've already picked up basic skills in Python, HTML/CSS, and Figma. Looking ahead to college, I'm torn between majoring in Computer Science or Interactive Media/UI-UX Design because I want a career that combines coding with creative visual design. Could you recommend specific college...

Is going to college a scam?

I'm a 16 year old Junior in High School, and occasionally I think to myself whether I should go to college, or going to trade school or any other alternatives, ultimately avoiding college. Most people end up still paying their college loans 15 years or longer after entering the work force...

Would you work a job you don't enjoy, but pays well financially? Or work a job where you enjoy, but it doesn't pay enough for you to live comfortably?

I'm a junior in high school in the state of Maryland, and I don't have a set path for my future yet. I do have an interest in technology, but I don't know what niche in IT would fit for me. But I debate with myself, whether to force myself to like a career that pays really well, but highly...

Is AI silently ending human creativity?

Artificial Intelligence is growing rapidly every year. Today, I learned artificial intelligence could create HTML code to handle the front-end part of a website; way better than I ever could writing the code myself. This compels me that AI is the end of human creativity, because it produces...

Hello! Thank you so much to anyone who answers my question(s)! Interested and open to anything. Also, one of the reasons I'm asking because my parent is because my parents are thinking of wanting me to graduate early.

Should I take the SAT or ACT or both? When should I take them?

I'm a rising freshman and I've already completed math classes up to Algebra 2. However, the reading and comprehension part is not my forte. I'm wondering if I should take the SAT/ACT in my freshman year or not, and if I should take both.

For my freshman year, should I take AP Precalc AB or BC? If BC, should I take Multivariable Calc & Lin Alg or just AP Stats for my junior year? If I take AB, that means I will most likely take Calc BC in 11th grade, which doesn't sound too appealing. The idea is if I'm taking BC, I could directly go on to Calc BC for sophomore year, so I could have my 11th grade year easier and just take AP Stats instead. However, I'm just worried it will be too much to handle.

I'm currently a rising freshman and I've taken all previous math classes before.
