What medical schools should I start to seek out? What classes should i begin to take as a senior and junior in highschool?

I've seen a wild range of answers to this question, and I just want a straight answer. What kind of things does it entail?

As a college student working in a admin job. I have no prior experience in IT. Where would I start to get an entry level job in IT.
