How do I get a scholarship before or after grad?

I am very stuck and dont know what to do.

I am a junior in high school, and feel like I should maybe start searching, but I'm not completely sure. would like some other opinions.

I want to try going into health care but I dont know if its for me.

I am very self-driven. But sometimes, I doubt myself and feel like I can't accomplish the goals I set for myself. It could be I need to more reasons to stay determined, but that's a struggle too.
