looking for those in the mental health field along with activism for those with all sorts of disabilities. What do you wish you would have known before going into this field>

I know I want to major in psychology and have a career researching in the field. I also want to do counseling(ex: therapy). I am struggling to find a career that will allow me to do that while also having enough pay and time to support my traveling.

I am about to turn 15 and next summer I want a job to keep busy and save some money, but I am not interested in working at a fast food restaurant. What are some ways to find places and tips for applying.
