I want to see what its like in the daily life of a Medical Social Worker, but I understand that the privacy is important from patient to professional, and personally, I would not want to put my business out there to someone who is barely learning the ropes.

Im not doing it for the money, I genuinely want to help others because I car, but will it be enough to get me, and my future family, by? I dont want to live pay check to pay check, but at the same time, i'm not trying to live a fancy, luxurious life.

I really like athletics and nutrition, but do not want to go into kinesiology, I still want to attend medical school and become a doctor, but was just wondering if there were any specific career paths that would be best for those interests. #doctor

I want to go to medical school, and that is expensive in its own right. MCAT prep courses are really expensive, and I sadly don't have the money for it. I am trying as hard as I can not to drown in debt before I even graduate med school. #medschool

I'm really financially not able to pay for my college. It would definitely put my family in complete debt and I cant do that. #scholarships #college #financial-planning #financial-aid #money-management

I know I could become a professor or a lawyer (after law school). Are there any other notable options with such a degree?

There's so much reading in my class(es), it can be hard to decide where to start!

Aeronautical or astronautical, it doesn't matter. I'm interested in pursuing a major in aerospace engineering, but I want to get a scope of what applying it to a career is like.

I love to write and draw -- they're two of my passions -- but I also love science and math, which is why I plan on going into a STEM field. How do you keep the two balanced when so many claim you can't reconcile them?

Because I want to major in being an environmentalist and a lot of people ask me exactly what I will be doing and I really do not know how to answer that. I just want to major in helping the environment. #environmental-services #college #environmental-science #ecology #biology #environmentalism...

I recently started a remedial math class and that’s alright. I haven’t taken a math class in 12 years and math is already a difficult subject for me. I have spoken with my instructor and it hasn’t seemed to help. She doesn’t go out of the textbook either during her lecture which makes it a bit...

I am a returning college student. I am a single mom to a wonderful 3 year old. I am getting closer to my associates degree at my community college but then looking to transfer to San Francisco state University but I still need to keep my job to care for my daughter. Can anyone help with advice...

Specifically I would do Mechanics and Power and I want to do research and development for an automotive company specifically doing propulsion systems. Things like drivetrain and the engine. Since the future is electric power, I think it is a good idea to have the knowledge of electrical...

I am really interested in becoming a special agent and would like to know how one becomes one. I am wondering how many years of college I should do and I am wondering where I should go. I am willing to go out of California, but have no idea if the FBI looks at the state your college is in....

I am curious as to what specific careers people can have in the computer programming field. Since there are many languages that people can learn, I was also wondering what languages fit with certain careers. #computer-programming #computer-software #computer-science

Is there a way to be able to major in multiple things (3 or more at the same time).?
Or should I just settle for a double major in Law (earn a Juris Doctor Degree) and Computer science (Computer Software Engineering)? #attorney #computer-software #computer #lawyer

Hello, I'm a junior in high school in the bay area. Who wants to learn about how you figured out your specialty in nursing.

One of my interests right now is to be a psychologist, although I'm in the 11th grade and still seem to have some time to pursue other majors. Right now this one seems like the best for me and I don't know how to feel about it. #psychology #education #major #academic-advising

I'm asking this because I'm very interested in this career and I would like to know which classes I would have to take if I decide to go for it at the end.

I transferred into my current university halfway through my freshman year. I'm a junior now and I still struggle to find clubs and activities on campus that I can get involved in; any tips for a shy guy trying to get involved on campus?

I just had one of my first interviews for an internship over the summer. I'm not sure how well it went, but is there something I should be doing in this time while I wait for a response back from my potential employer?

As I've applying to different internships, I've found that not all internships require a cover letter. Nevertheless, everyone keeps telling me I should still submit one with my resume, but I've never written one. What should I make sure to include in my cover letter?

I'm considering either working after I graduate or applying to graduate school and my GPA isn't perfect. Specifically, what can I do to show professional drive if my GPA isn't a 4.0?

More specifically, are there any major differences between interviewing over the phone and interviewing face-to-face with an employer?

I've started applying for finance internships this summer and don't really know how to prepare for my in-person interviews.

I'm thinking about having a career in management, specially in the communication industry. I enjoy looking the big picture, organizing work, and looking for people rather than looking. My aim is to have the opportunity to work in a big company like Verizon, AT&T. Frankly I'm pretty shy when it...
