How does this website help people find their careers?

I am in the 10th grade and I will be 16 this year and I have no clue how to be financially successful in the future,because of this I am honestly scared of the future.

How can I get people to hire me when I’m 14?

i just want to know before i graduate so i could be prepared

Why when most people start reaching there goal they dont give up but loose the sight they had when they first went into the situation i feel its very important to keep that same sight and composure.
