I am currently a high school senior who will soon graduate with my associates degree. However, I have been trying to get involved in this career field to no avail. Many companies seem to require some sort of prior experience; does this mean I should wait until I complete my degree first?

What is the best way to find internships between school years and after what school year should I be looking?

I would guess some place like a library but are there any other good places?

Are jobs general work from home or office jobs? Do you get equipment from the employer to do the job? What is the hour spread in a work week or how many hours should I expect to work?
