How could I possibly shadow or contribute to my mentoring?
I have found a mentor that is a professor and a social worker with her own practice. When we first met we discussed things I could do, such as research and just asking questions in general, one of her suggestions was to shadow, but we were both concerned about the ethical dilemmas that would form as I am a highschool student although I do dual psychology classes at college which technically made me a college student. Many college students shadow professionals in the mental health field because they are studying that field, would this make it more acceptable if I were to shadow my mentor while obviously following HIPAA laws, ethical concerns, and getting the patients okay.

I am planning to shift this semester.. I am a freshmen in BS Pharmacy and planning to shift to BS Psychology.. Due to grades and can't handle the pressure of the course. Although I am very much aware that being in medical field is very heavy. I also don't know what to do as my parents have high hopes in what course I am now, I don't know how to tell them that I failed the semester. Any advice about this? It would mean so much to me..
I am a freshman student at a university, studying BS Pharmacy, but due to one maybe two major, it landed me to a downfall. Also the thing is, my dad wanted the course BS Physical Therapy for me but I don't see myself in that. With that, we had a huge fight as he didn't see the potential of BS Pharmacy. How should I tell him that I failed to show myself that I can prove that BS Pharmacy was a right course.. Medical field courses, the one that I have been wishing since childhood. If not, then what??

What are some ways I can use my college summers efficiently if I can't get a summer job?
I'm entering my sophomore year in college, and still enjoying my summer. However, I was unable to find myself a steady job this summer (so I've been taking work where I can- moving jobs, pet & house-sitting, yard work, etc..), and have thus been spending all of my free time exercising my creativity by painting, writing, and working on establishing an online presence with vlogging. Still, I feel like there is more I can do- nay, more that I *should* be doing. When I get tired of painting or crafting or exercising I will crack open some of my language books from last semester to stay sharp, but aside from that, I feel stuck. #education #higher-education #counseling #time-management #mentoring #academic-advising #creative #e-learning
