My main options are in Spain but I can't pay university and housing

I am currently a Highschool senior who plans on going to a community college for my AA degree because it is more affordable and closer at the moment. I want to major in either marine biology or marine science because it is broader but mainly marine biology.

I can't pay housing in Madrid or Barcelona.

I'm looking to transfer to Pratt Institute and I'm struggling a bit to justify the cost of tuition along with room and board. What's the best way to afford the high cost?

Where can I find scholarship as a high school senior who is interested in pursuing a degree in radiation therapy or radiation tech? I am interested in supporting people on this wellness journey but will need financial support during college.

I have found scholarships but I want to find more that seem to be local to my city, like student success programs that could increase my chances at getting scholarships.
