best tips for deciding on a career

I'm going into my sophomore year of high school, and I am thinking that I need to start deciding what I want to do, or what I want to be when I'm older. I need some help deciding, or some new ideas.

I want to be a pediatric anesthesiologist, but I've heard a lot of people say that people with careers in healthcare have high rates of mental health issues. Should this prevent me from going into my desired career field?

What colleges should I apply to if I want to major in music business/management? Berklee Boston and The Hartt are already on my mind but I'm still looking for more options.
