Is my job secure or will I end up getting laid off?
How do I know if my job is secure? I just got a job offer at a large company, and I'm worried I will just end up getting laid off. Is this what companies are doing nowadays (hiring people temporarily, then laying them off)? Is it cheaper for companies to hire people full time, as opposed to contractors, only to lay them off when they're no longer needed? (This job is a fully remote marketing position. There is one other person who was also hired for the same position. She was a contractor last year and now they decided to hire her full-time).

What are some jobs for 16 years old?
I’m 16 right now, in NYC high school. And I know for most jobs, their minimum age to work in their place was 16. So I decided that I wanted to get my first job, but I couldn’t find any job. They either never reply back to me or that their schedule aren’t fit for me or that they don’t hire 16 years old. I try bakery stores and some movie theaters, nothing works. If possible, can you tell me some company or store name that would hire 16 years old and are flexible with the schedule in NYC? Thank you.

How do I become an interior decorator?
How do I become an interior decorator? I’ve heard many ways of getting into this career. I have an art degree with an emphasis in design. I am working on building up my portfolio. I have a decent amount of projects to put into it. I am wondering if this is enough to apply for either internships or jobs. I am looking into online interior decorating programs but many seem as though they are not legitimate. I am not sure which one to choose.
