What's the most difficult concept to learn and master when it comes to Music Theory education, whether it be compositional, vocal or aural?

I’m a high school senior looking into careers in medicine. I really enjoy STEM based classes and want to consider different career possibilities realistically.

Im currently in my senior year of highschool and will be attending Penn state in the Fall semester for aerospace engineering, i've never been too great at math at least i feel im not where i want to be, but im prepared to study and get tutors to ensure that im capable for my degree.
