What is college like? Is it as difficult and stressful as everyone says it is? Is it hard working and going to school

I'll be heading into college in the fall and it's been driving me nuts. I know I'll have to get a part time job in order to afford everything and pay for tuition. I'm stressed about working so much that I won't be able to focus on my studies. I am not great at multitasking, but I know it's something I'll have to master. Should I be more worried than I already am? #collegelife #college #college-jobs

When you're fresh out of college is it best to work for a while, travel, or go straight to Grad school?

I'm curious about the current state of the job market as it pertains to the hiring rate of students fresh out of college with their first Bachelor's degree. Do most employers favor new grads who've worked while in school? If so, how do students who have little work experience due to being committed full-time to their education go out and get jobs after graduating? Also, from the perspective of grad schools, do they prefer students fresh out of undergrad or is it best to work for a year or two before applying to grad schools so your resume is more substantial? Do they care about your resume or just your academic track record? #graduate-school #college-admissions #job-search #college-jobs #recruiting #hiring #employment #job-market #job-application

Should I work while being a college student?

Hello, I am a senior this year, and college is coming rapidly. I know money will be tight in college, but I also know I will be extremely busy going to class and studying. I am thinking I will likely get some kind of simple teenager-ish part-time job (fast-food, retail, etc.) while going to school in order to earn some extra money. Is this the best option for me? Are there better or more worthwhile ways to earn money while being a student? Also, will employers be more or less willing to hire because you are a student at a nearby school? Will employers be flexible on hours because of classes? I know these questions may depend on the place, but it would be great to hear some personal experiences from others! Thank you! #college #money #college-jobs
