What's a better plan after graduating: find a job or a paid internship?
In the field I want to go into, experience is key. My thought is that I might set myself up better for a job down the road if I take a paid internship to really learn the ropes. But it could be just as beneficial to find a job that will train me as I go! #internships #hiring
