About

I’m Siva — a technology leader, advisor, and CTO with 25+ years of experience building software products from idea to scale. I’ve worked across industries like healthcare, aerospace, and consumer tech, and spent over a decade at GE Healthcare leading engineering, medical device technology development, and tech innovation for a $350M business unit.

Over the years, I’ve mentored hundreds of students and early-career professionals. No one is born confident — we build confidence through clarity, daily habits, and meaningful work. My goal here is to help you make better decisions about your career, grow with purpose, and design a future that supports your life instead of consuming it.

If you’re curious about technology, product development, career growth, or how to build the skills that actually matter in the age of AI, I’m here to help.
Let’s create a path you’ll be proud of.

Siva’s Career Stories

How did you pick your career? Did you know all along?

I grew up with big dreams but very little clarity. I had no mentors, no roadmap just have curiosity, hard work, and a desire to build things that help people. My career started as a software engineer, writing code working night shift and trying to figure out how real-world systems worked. That curiosity took me to Honeywell, where I contributed to mission-critical systems in aerospace and automotive. It wasn’t glamorous — but it taught me discipline, responsibility, and the value of solving problems that truly matter. Later, at GE, I found the intersection of engineering and impact. Over 12+ years, I worked through medical device engineering, post-market support, regulatory compliance, and eventually led service technology innovation for a $350M business unit. I was part of an imitative venturing into a startup inside GE that grew into a $300M venture-backed success story — and that experience shaped how I think about leadership, people, and building products the world actually uses. In the last seven years being part of a startup eco system leading technology and helping and mentoring founders and teams to bring ideas to life, from prototype to scale. I’ve learned that technology changes fast, but people — and the need for good judgment, confidence, and consistency — stay the same. Outside work, I love health, fitness & mentoring. I’ve taught stress management, yoga, health awareness, and career development because I believe that success isn’t just about what you do — it’s about who you become. Today, I share everything I’ve learned so the next generation doesn’t have to walk blind. If you’re exploring your path in tech, trying to build confidence, or figuring out how to align your strengths with your career, I’m here to help you grow in the right direction.
