How can I be back on track again?
How can I bring that old me? I lost track after I broke up, school's stressing me out and I just want to be lazy around with the TV on. I know my WHY's but I just can't seem to be disciplined and consistent enough to do so. In addition to that, I experienced analysis paralysis + short-term memory loss.

Whether its for retirement, traveling to take time off, or something else. How could I, or someone else, do it?
