What are some factors I need to consider if I am a returning student interested in pursuing computer science degree?
I am an adult student, after years of being away from education I'd like to return and continue my education. I am also a first gen student. So, I am technically struggling to carve my path. I am interested in computer science. I am torn between online and on-campus education. I feel like online degrees will be more suitable for me. However, I am also looking for ways to not have a complete isolated learning experience or opportunities. What would be your best advice for this? Where can I start to understand the field? What are some factors I should look for in terms of quality of education in CS field? And any other comments or feedback are deeply appreciated.

Though I’ve gotten a bit stomped at the questions “tell me about yourself”. Former consultants - If you made the jump to industry after working in consulting, how did that work for you?
I am very excited to know that I'll be working as a strategy consultant soon after graduation! However, I am considering 'making the jump' to industry later on in life to work at a more specific company that aligns with the changes I'd like to see in the world. (My dream would be to work for a company focused on renewable energy, or plant based food systems!) For those that were able to make the transition from consulting to industry, how did that happen for you? Was that a goal for you, or did it occur naturally? How did your day to day differ? Do you ever think about going back to consulting? Thanks so much for your time <3 #Spring24

Should I work full time during college?
For some background information I'm pretty broke. My family dosen't have the best circumstances and they're trying to invest in a new location for a resteraunt. I'm going to be attending Northeastern Oakland next school year and I'm wondering if I should work more than a federal work study. A friend that I meet going to the same place told me he could hook me up with a good job.

Hi :) I'm considering a career in social work and was wondering what a typical day in the life would look like. Also is there any way that I could have a better chance at landing a well paying job out of uni? I've heard a lot of horror stories about how bad the pay is and have been trying to see how I can even that out. #spring24 Thank you in advance to whoever you are
