where do i go and get the proper experience at home?

I would like to understand in a more deeper term on what they do.

Im curious to see how many years I have to stay in order to achieve this goal.

Ive had some experience with coding and other things that might be related and I am interested in knowing more about it. I am leaning towards learning what you could do in that career field
